COVID-19 News: Vitamins And Drugs That Could Be Used As Adjuvants To Help Prevent Disease Severity During This JN.1 Surge!
COVID-19 News: Numerous people have messaged me asking for help and what prophylactic and therapeutics that they can take to protect themselves during this JN.1 wave.
Supplements and drugs that could be used as adjuvants
to prevent disease severity with JN.1
I, myself do not take any supplements and repurposed drugs and despite being 71, I am not vaccinated, rather I am on a herbal and phyto regimen that unfortunately I cannot divulge publicly due to patent issues and also constrains by my investors. (I do not advise anybody to emulate what I am doing or to be influenced by my own personal decisions or undertakings.)
I strongly advise everyone not to self-medicate but instead consult your licensed medical doctor or go to the nearest healthcare facility.
However, besides standard medical protocols adopted by doctors or healthcare professionals in your geolocation, the following products could possibly help to prevent the risk of disease severity and risk of mortality but first consult your medical doctor in case you have existing conditions or are taking drugs that could interact with these products.
Note that these products are not prophylatics ie they do not prevent you from getting infected and they should never be used simply on their own to treat COVID-19. Rather they are best used alongside standard treatment protocols and always under the supervision of a medical doctor.
Some of the products have already gone through clinical trials and some are already being used as part of treatment protocols in certain countries.
But again, no one should self-medicate with any of these products without consulting a doctors or healthcare professional first.
Also, many of these products are sold as over the counter drugs or supplements in many countries or can be obtained via online pharmacies.
None of these should be used on pregnant women or with young children.
They should be used a combo and for dosing please check the studies or with your doctors.
Do not use NAC or cetirizine for more than 30 days. Also, for those already with diagnosed lung fibrosis, do not use NAC.
Vitamin B12 (many studies have shown that Vitamin B12 could function as an antiviral, as an anti-inflammatory-agent and even as an immune modulator.)

A number of unpublished studies in Brazil, China, Russia, Poland and India showed very promising results with cetirizine.

These are only some studies....there are many more and always do your own due diligence.
More studies and large clinical trials are needed to validate the efficiency of these products.
I do not suggest using Vitamin D, Melatonin, Magnesium or Zinc or Copper or Omega 3 supplementation despite a lot of studies and
COVID-19 News reports on them in the in the current phase where many are already having viral persistence and damage from previous COVID-19 infections etc.
Moderate amounts of hot green tea and back tea without milk or sugar is healthy.

Non-chilled pomegranate juice or chokeberry juice is also highly recommended.

Those with access to proper wellness clinics should consider IV Vitamin C (not Vitamin C supplements) and also IV Glutathione.

Go on diets devoid of meats, high salts or nitrates, no sugars, low fats.
Probiotics of all kinds are useful. (when taking yoghurt, avoid those with sugars and make sure that it is low fat, when taking kimchi..make sure it has a low salt composition)

I will be soon be releasing some updated data on herbs and phytos that are suitable against the JN.1 and in the current phase of the endemic where many have already been previously exposed. (But not all the items)
Please note: We are not recommending simply taking these products to prevent or treat COVID-19. Anyone planning to use any of these items have to consult a licensed medical doctor first. And they shoud always be used alonside the medically recommended treatment protocols.
Health authorities also recommend that people should be updated with their vaccines and boosters.
