Monkeypox Currently Circulating Around Is Unlike Former Strains And Contains New Mutations Despite Some Garbage Western ‘Experts’ Claiming That They Are Not!

When Thailand Medical News reported that the
Monkeypox virus that is currently spreading around the world is unlike the two original strains that were first identified in the African continent, and that it contains new mutations and is a new strain,
https://www.thailandmedical.news/news/breaking-monkeypox-spreading-fast-globally-high-alert-needed-as-the-new-strain-is-most-likely-airborne-and-also-sexually-transmitted
many stupid Western experts responded based on a preliminary genomic sequencing data that was released by researchers from Portugal that this was not the case and that the current monkeypox strain is identical to the West African strain..

It is interesting that all of the sudden, we have a lot of fake western monkey pox ‘experts’ on twitter and in garbage mainstream media that do not even know how to read genomic sequencings properly and identify mutations and SNPs (Single-nucleotide polymorphism) etc.
The current monkeypox virus which did originate from the Western African clade diverges a mean of 50 SNPs from those 2018-2019 viruses, which is far more than one would expect considering the estimated substitution rate for Orthopoxviruses. These new monkeypox strains circulating around are definitely so different from the previous identified strains and can be considered a new strain or variant!
This divergent branch most probably resulted from an evolutionary jump (leading to a hypermutated virus) caused by APOBEC3 editing.
As of now, there are now 10 monkeypox virus full genome sequences from Portugal (May 15-17) that have been uploaded on virological.org using Illumina NextSeq 2000 and 201x mean coverage (5 also subjected to ONT MinION sequencing).

These new sequences confirm that finding that most of the SNPs seen in the 2022 outbreak are consistent with host enzyme editing by APOBEC3 rather than polymerase replication errors and that the new strains in circulation are different from previous identified strains.
A new study by researchers from the National Institute of Health Doutor Ricardo Jorge (INSA)-Portugal has confirmed the divergence and evolution of these new monkeypox strain in circulation currently.

Draft phylogene
tic analysis of Monkeypox viral sequences, highlighting the diversity within the outbreak cluster and the new mutations.
There are now concerns that the mutations found on the genome of these new monkeypox strains in circulation could also have an effect on the efficacy on known antivirals to treat monkeypox and also the current available monkeypox vaccines. Researchers are also concerned as to what long term effects these strains could have on the human host and also their capacity for viral persistence as
Orthopoxviruses are also known to be able to lie dormant in the human host for long periods while giving rise to other medical and health complications.
The study findings also adds weigh to Thailand
Medical News hypothesis that in the current COVID-19 pandemic where billions of people are walking around with either a dysfunctional immune system or are having SARS-CoV-2 induced immunodeficiency, the change in the human host immune landscape can also propel other pathogens to evolve and change, when exposed or are already lying dormant in the host.
As such based on our hypothesis, we expect more pathogens to evolve and emerge and along with that also expect to see a rise of secondary opportunistic pathogenic infections in that very same population of people with a COVID-19 induced dysfunctional immune system or immunodeficient state.
Already in countries like Malaysia, they are witnessing a high rate of hand, foot and mouth disease (HFMD).

In other parts of the world, outbreaks of EBV, Herpes, TB, HPV and various fungal infections are being reported.
Fun times are truly ahead especially when are in the midst of a pandemic involving the SARS-CoV-2 virus that is constantly evolving and mutating and whose pathogenesis is worst that of an airborne HIV virus and where reinfections and coinfections with ever emerging variants is going to be the new norm. We definitely could see the world population being depleted in another 5 to 8 years times as that is what will be the remaining life span of majority who have been exposed to the SARS-CoV-2 virus!
Update: As of today, there are now 349 cases of monkeypox in 21 countries with thousands more under investigations.
